Certification of ISO9001:2008

Customers are becoming increasingly quality-conscious. They frequently expect suppliers to pro-actively comply with the highest product and service standards. If you complete tender oppurtunities on a regular basis you will more often than not be asked if you have an certified quality management systems like ISO9001 in place, and more increasingly, a certified environmental management system like ISO14001.  They also want this information up-front, in addition to being assured that your company will continue to meet their needs now and in the long term.

To gain accreditation or certification for any of the ISO standards you will need to appoint a UKAS Registered Certification body like SGS UK Ltd or Bureau Veritas (BVQI) or Lloyds Registrar for example. These certification bodies will independently audit your management systems against the requirements and clauses of international standards.  Once satisfied, you will receive certification.
