Becky is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and formerly held the position of the Chair of the Somerset branch of the CIPD. In addition she is a qualified life coach and holds qualifications in ability and psychometric testing.

 

With over 15 years experience working in Human Resource Management she has been running her own HR consultancy since 2005.
 
 Becky has worked within numerous sectors including fast paced blue chip retail and multi site environments, public sector, NHS and central MOD/Government environments. Locally Becky assists a number of clients in Care Homes, Manufacturing/Engineering and Leisure, to name a few. Her pragmatic approach and adaptability allows her to deal with all situations from dispute investigations and disciplinary meetings to recruitment, psychometric testing to writing employment policies, contracts and handbooks.
