Gap Analysis
Our ISO lead auditors will visit you on-site to measure the performance of your existing systems and processes against the requirement of the ISO standard. We will produce an audit report to identify gaps, make recommendations and estimate timescale and costs.
Consultancy Support
The first step towards ISO certification is to receive a certification audit by a certification body to determine if your management system complies with the requirements of a given standard. This process is divided into two stages: Stage 1 Audit and Stage 2 Audit. We can help you prepare for your Stage 1 visit by:
  • Conducting an internal audit against the requirements of the standard.
  • Delivering ISO awareness, implementation and internal auditor courses to your team.
  • Non-conformity reporting.
Internal Audit
We can work in partnership with your team to address any gaps identified in the gap analysis. Our consultancy support service typically includes:
  • Creating polices and process flows.
  • Creating an audit report that identifies any gaps and recommendations for addressing them.
Once you have implemented the recommendations identified in the internal audit report, we can conduct a follow-up audit. If we identify your management system to be in a state of readiness, we will then recommend you for Stage 1 and 2 audits, and certification.
